The Contact Centre can make, change and cancel reservations for individual campsites and group camping areas included on Reserve.AlbertaParks.ca

Late Arrival

  • If you plan to arrive after 2 PM on the day following your scheduled arrival date, you MUST notify the Contact Centre to ensure your reservation is held.
  • If you don't notify the Contact Centre of your late arrival, you are considered a "no show" and your reservation is cancelled.  The campsite is then released for resale.
  • "No show" campers forfeit up to the first four nights' camping fees (depending on the length of stay). Any remaining fees are refunded. The reservation fee is not refunded.
