The Contact Centre can make, change and cancel reservations for individual campsites and group camping areas included on Reserve.AlbertaParks.ca

Late Arrival

If you plan to arrive after 2 PM on the day following your scheduled arrival date, you MUST notify the Contact Centre to ensure your reservation is held.
If you don't notify the Contact Centre of your late arrival, you are considered a "no show" and your reservation is cancelled. The campsite is then released for resale.
"No show" campers forfeit up to the first four nights' camping fees (depending on the length of stay). Any remaining fees are refunded. The reservation fee is not refunded.
