This trail parallels the northern edge of the Cypress Hills Plateau. It has spectacular views of the prairie to the north and connects with Highline Trail. The trailhead is just past the Texas gate on Reesor Road (left side of road). Parking is in the corral staging area across the road from the trailhead.

As a result of the warm weather over the last week, no grooming has been completed on any of the Cross Country Ski trails in Cypress Hills Provincial Park- Alberta.

The weather forecast is for cooler weather and some snow over the next 7-10 days.  Grooming will be completed if that happens.

Conditions will vary from very icy to very soft depending on the time of day and the temperature.  Please use caution on all trails as natural hazards exist.
