The Permit Holder acknowledges that in addition to the requirements of this Permit, they must comply with requirements contained in the Provincial Parks Act, the Provincial Parks (General) Regulation, Provincial Parks (Dispositions) Regulation and all other applicable legislation. *

As a condition of eligibility for this Permit, the Permit Holder must be 18 years old or older; be a resident of Alberta; be in good standing with the Crown relating to timber, grazing and land use; and not have any outstanding fines or dues owed to the Crown. *
