Dinosaur Provincial Park UNESCO World Heritage Site is rich in cultural and natural heritage. The provincial park protects the unique badlands landscape and the Red Deer River that meanders through the Park. As one of Alberta’s premiere park attractions, Dinosaur Provincial Park is treasured and enjoyed every year by many visitors of all ages and from all over the world.
Dinosaur Provincial Park UNESCO World Heritage Site has an annual visitation of approximately 120,000+ visitors per year and provides services for a wide cross section of visitors from all areas of the world. As such, the level of customer service and information service requirements fluctuates with each visitor and can be influenced by culture, language and diverse visitor experience goals and needs.

The Dinosaur Park Service Centre is located in Dinosaur Provincial Park in southern Alberta. This facility is a main stopping place for Dinosaur Provincial Park visitors and is often their first experience upon entering the Park. It is here that you find the Campground Office and Information Services, Convenience Store, and Cretaceous Café – all under one roof.
This position impacts the quality of information/reservation and sales services provided to the visitors of Dinosaur Provincial Park, UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Given the remote location of Dinosaur Provincial Park, the provision of safe, high quality and well-rounded food services is also integral to the safety and well-being of visitors and staff as well as directly impacting the visitor experience.
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Service Centre Supervisor that brings the combined experience of a business operator with facility management experience. Come join our team for a unique summer seasonal experience.
