Lead Information Officers (LIO) oversee the staff and day-to-day operations in Provincial Park campground booths. Reporting directly to the Visitor Services Specialist (VSS), the LIO is responsible for creating a positive, productive environment for up to four Information Officers (IOs). This position is a front-line customer service role that focuses on higher level administrative and leadership tasks, such as scheduling, staff training, inventory management, cash reconciliation, and reporting.
