Located adjacent to the campground, the Day Use Area offers a playground and a large open area for picnics on the grass, or sports like volleyball, badminton, or lawn bowling. The park offers a boat launch onto the Battle River for both motorized and non-motorized vessels, as well as two unique hiking trails to explore the Battle River Valley from both above and below. Ample parking space is provided at all staging areas for day use activities.
