Good Grief: Nature Walking Through Grief and Loss

Good Grief: Nature Walking Through Grief and Loss is a 6-week series of safe, gentle group walks within the natural beauty of Crimson Lake Provincial Park. Observe, breathe, connect and be present in the moment. Our hope is these walks support you in your own healing journey.

These walks will be 2 hours on Sunday afternoons with time for rest and reflection, conversation or solitude. You will repeat the routes with a group and have a chance to observe changes in the landscape, and yourself over this time. Schedule details to follow after participant registration.

This program has been developed in partnership with Alberta Parks and Mount Royal University.
