  • Dry Island Discoveries - Guided Hike

      JulyJuly  13, 2019
    • Let's explore the Badlands together! Join an Alberta Parks interpreter for a half-day hike through one of the most breathtaking parks in our province. Hike through hoo-doos larger than you, discover delicate fossils over 65 million years old, reflect upon the park's rich cultural history and witness one of the odd pairings of animals and plants found amidst the unique blend of ecosystems.  Take a journey through time as you discover the history of the landscape, from glaciers to buffalo jumps and cattle grazing to kayaking.
