Information Officer & Lead Information Officer


Information Officers (IOs) are the first point of contact for visitors at Pembina River Provincial Park. Their role in the permit booth is to create a positive experience for visitors by providing useful and timely information around park activities, rules and regulations, and nearby amenities. With a focus on front-line customer service, cash handling, and administration, this seasonal position is perfect for people who are interested in gaining administrative and cash handling experience in a unique setting.
The Lead Information Officer (LIO) oversees the staff and day-to-day operations in Provincial Park campground booths. This position is a front-line customer service role that focuses on higher level administrative and leadership tasks, such as scheduling, staff training, cash reconciliation, and reporting.

Rate of Pay: $19.20-$23.37/hr Information Officer / $21.14-$25.83/hr Lead Information Officer
(Plus 11.2% in lieu of benefits and holidays)
