- Sand Sculpture Competition – open to all.
- 9:30 am – registration
- 10 am – Noon -- Sand Sculpture Competition
- Noon – Judging of Sand Sculptures
- Prizes available
- Free ice cream is provided to all
- Free bubble gum and treats are given out to children
- In the past, competitors usually build sculptures in teams of 1 to 4 adults/children, or more –families
- “Don’t Get Stumped”
- scavenger hunt to find all the stumps by clues at each stump along the way
- it encourages people to explore all different areas of the Park – where they would not normally go.
- There are prizes for those who find all 8 stumps.
- Disc Golf
- Play disc golf for free on Parks Day
- Discs are available from the Rochon Sands Provincial Park Campground Office
