Natural Region Description

There are flats, floodplains and meander scars associated with Strawberry Creek, which runs through this site. The north half of the site is fairly level with occasional depressions. There is mainly dense aspen forest with diverse and dense herb and shrub layers, as well as small stands of white spruce in the ravine bottom. The site is heavily used by moose and deer.
