Barrier Lake Day Use Area is a scenic lakeside destination featuring a boat launch and expansive mountain views. Open seasonally, it is a popular spot for picnicking, paddling, and shoreline walks. It also provides access to a short hike leading to a nearby lookout for elevated views of Barrier Lake and the surrounding landscape.
