Event Type: Mountain Bike Enduro Race - 6 Stages of Racing
Beer garden, food trucks and awards in Cross-Country Stadium until approx. 6:00PM
The Enduro race is comprised of 6 stages. Participants are timed from the top to the bottom of each stage.
Schedule of events:
Saturday July 19
1:00PM-4:00PM - Race package pickup in XC Stadium at CNC
10:00AM onwards - Pre riding of course (No exclusivity to event, open to General Public)
Sunday July 20
8:00AM - Mandatory Racer briefing and bear spray talk (at registration/staging area in the Stadium)
8:25AM - Open Men Departure – Wave 1 (50 racers)
8:30AM - ALL Women Depart

8:40AM - Open Men Departure – Wave 2 (50 racers)
8:55AM - Departure for: U21 Men

-Stage 1: Odyssey, No Homers
-Stage 2: Laundry Chutes, XCO Trail, Buried Alive, Organ Donor
-Stage 3: Sherwood Forest, Elevator Shaft, Black Coal Chutes
-Stage 4: Top Gun
-Stage 5: Soft Yoghurt, Devonian Drop, Canmore Trail
-Stage 6: Back Door, Rundle, Mad Handler, Hey MacLeod, Flow Trail, Eye Dropper
Participants will be utilizing double track trails to travel to and from the next stage (This is not timed).
Race waves will start between 8:20AM-9:00AM
Races will be wrapping up between 3:00-3:30PM
Stages 1-3 will be raced first and should be open to the General Public early afternoon
Stages 4-6 will be raced towards the end and should be open to the General Public approx. 3:00PM onwards
To ensure racer and public safety, use of the race trails is discouraged while the event is in progress. The last group of racers are anticipated to finish by 3-3:30PM. If you do plan to ride during the day, please check in with the Front Desk to see which stages have been completed and are free of Enduro participants.
