ALL trails are snow covered with a layer of thin ice underneath. Please use extreme caution if utilizing any of the trails. 

Preparations for the Frozen Thunder roll out will start on October 9th, 2020. Watch for heavy equipment and trucks on Banff Trail nearby the snow pile. Please note that the Roller Ski Loop will be reduced to one lane between Junction #2 and #3 to allow for safe operations.

Please wear a mask! Please do not enter the Daylodge unless wearing a mask or face covering that covers both nose & mouth. Washrooms available in the XC Team Room & Biathlon Team Room buildings (masks not mandatory here). 

Walking, running, biking, and biathlon and roller skiing training are permitted on CNCPP designated trails and users are reminded to practice physical distancing (at least 2 meters). If you are experiencing symptoms, do NOT visit.

Officers can issue fines for non-compliance of physical distancing and gatherings restrictions if required. Officers will also issue fines for littering. We ask for your cooperation to keep this site free of garbage. Improper disposal of garbage and waste has the potential to draw wildlife, and can force trails or area closures. If you pack it in, pack it out!

Bibs are required during Reserved Track Times 7AM - 12 Noon - Registration on Zone4. General public access starts from 12 Noon, day pass required. 


CNC MTB Trails


Winter ski trails are bike friendly during summer season and offer easy riding.

Green/Easy – Basic bike skills required, gradients may include short, steep sections. No technical trail features (TTFs)
Blue/Intermediate – Single track trail with rooty, rocky or smooth sections. Steeper ups and downs. Possible TFFs.
Black/Advanced – Single track with technical and committing sections. Steep ups and down, unavoidable TFFs.
