Powderface Day Use Area is a small parking lot off highway 66 with pit/vault toilets. This day use area provides access to Powderface Creek Trail, Prairie Creek Trail, and Prairie Mountain Trail.

    Highway 66 (west of Elbow Falls) and Powderface Road are closed annually from December 1 to May 14. See the full list of annual road closures.
