The Allen Bill Day Use Area is a popular, family-friendly picnic location with immediate access to Elbow River. There are multiple picnic tables, firepits, and pit toilets that make this area a gorgeous spot to spend that day.
Hwy. 66 west of Elbow Falls and Powderface Trail closed annually from Dec. 1 to May 14.
