Seniors Social Snowshoe

A controlled access zone will be in place in Kananaskis from June 10–18 for the 2025 G7 Leaders’ Summit.

A Kananaskis Conservation Pass is required to park your vehicle in Kananaskis and the Bow Valley.

Join Rocky Mountain Adaptive (RMA) for a social snowshoe at William Watson Lodge from 10:00am - 3:00pm. Explore the beautiful trails in Peter Lougheed Provincial Park while meeting new friends! This experience is guided but unstructured so participants have the most mingling time. Hot chocolate is provided. The deposit is to ensure attendance and will be returned to you in full or in the form of a Gift Certificate for use on a future RMA program.

What to Wear: ski jacket & pants, gloves, and additional warm layers of clothing.

What to Bring: water bottle, sunglasses, sunscreen, nut-free snacks and/or lunch. 

Adaptive equipment can be provided if needed.
