A Kananaskis Conservation Pass is required to park your vehicle in Kananaskis and the Bow Valley. Ice Safety: Alberta Parks does not monitor ice conditions; learn how to assess them for yourself.

Sandy McNabb Campground is a reservation-only campground found in Sheep River Provincial Park, 21 km west of Turner Valley on Hwy. 546. There are over 100 well-treed sites suited to RVs and tents. Enjoy the towering pine forest, crystal clear Sheep River, hiking, mountain biking and equestrian trails in the area.

There is no water available for the remainder of the season. Potable water will be available at the Sheep administration RV Dump (year-round).
