Closure - Beach Trail Temporarily Closed

    Details: Due to beaver activity creating hazardous conditions for trail users, the Beach Trail will be closed until further notice.

The Beach Trail stretches all the way from Loop E to Hilliard’s Bay Estates, connecting the Hilliard’s Bay campground with the beach, boat launch, and day use area. This portion of the Trans Canada Trail is maintained by Alberta Parks, and joins up with other sections maintained by the Grouard-Peace River Trail Net. It is mainly flat to undulating terrain with some gentle slopes. It can be accessed from each campground loop.
