Boreal Centre for Bird Conservation Day Use

Surrounded by forest, the outdoor area surrounding the Boreal Centre for Bird Conservation offers picnic tables, a group firepit, pit toilets, and access to hiking trails. Explore the Songbird Trail, access the Freighter Lakeshore Trail, or walk down to the shore of Lesser Slave Lake. A large, maintained grassy area is great for frisbee or other outdoor games. Firewood can be purchased in the Boreal Centre building during business hours.
