Devonshire Beach South is the first of two groomed sections of beach at the southern end of Lesser Slave Lake Provincial Park. The natural sand is perfect for building sandcastles, sunbathing, and playing, and the water is great for wading and swimming! Pit toilets are provided by the parking lot at the top of the stairs. If you turn left at the bottom of the steps from the parking lot, you’ll reach the dog-friendly beach, where dogs are allowed on leashes. Turn right, and you’re on the people-only section of the beach.
