Details:Due to below average seasonal temperatures, potable water will not be available at Lesser Slave Lake Provincial Park for the May long weekend. Non-potable (non-drinkable) water is expected to be available Marten River Campground (at the sani-dump water fill, water spigots throughout the campground, and the shower house).
There is no water available at the group use areas or Devonshire South Campground.
Please bring your own drinking water.
Ski along the lake shore north to the Lily Creek Group Use Area and then back along the power line to the Boreal Centre. Look for tracks and scat while you go! Aside from a short, steep downhill at the bottom of the Boreal Centre lawn, this trail is flat to gently sloping.
