Low Water Levels - Boat Launch is Hand Launch Only

Details:

Due to low water levels and deteriorating conditions of the launch pads, the boat launch is not to be used to launch boats with trailers anymore.

Proceed with caution and use it at your own risk. Canoes and kayaks can still launch in this area.

Trail Warning - Environmental hazards on trails

Where: Queen Elizabeth Day Use , Queen Elizabeth Group Use , Queen Elizabeth Campground , Queen Elizabeth Provincial Park , multiple trails throughout the park and campground

Details:

Recreators are encouraged to use caution when utilizing campground and park trails due to fallen trees and flooding. Please use caution when accessing hiking trails and be prepared to turn back or change your plans.

Surrounded by a luscious green boreal forest, this spacious Group Use Area is the perfect match for groups of up to 20 camping units looking for an enjoyable outdoor experience. An enclosed picnic shelter with sliding doors, a small counter and sink, a fire burning stove, and picnic tables enabling campers to share a meal or socialize no matter the weather. Outdoor games and activities can be organized in the site’s large grassy space and guests can enjoy a friendly rally at the on site volleyball net. Additional features include fifteen 15 amp power hookups, firewood, picnic tables, firepits, and vault toilets.
