The Boreal Centre for Bird Conservation (BCBC) functions as the visitor centre for Lesser Slave Lake Provincial Park.  BCBC is a Certified Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) building with many green features like geothermal heating and cooling, water conservation and green building materials.  

The facililtity includes: washrooms, a gift shop and an exhibit area.  Nearby, there are interpretive trails.  Meeting room rentals are available.
