Parks Day at Beauvais!

Come celebrate Parks Day at Beauvais Lake Provincial Park! Join us for a celebration of parks across Canada by taking part in a variety of FREE drop-in events! Enjoy a bear spray training session, hands-on activities led by Parks staff, or stop in to chat with a Conservation Officer during their horse patrol. Come for the (cup)cakes, stay for the fun!

Activities:

  • Finger painting
  • Scat and Tracks activities
  • Wildlife displays
  • Conservation Officers and Horses
  • Crafts for kids
  • Wetland exploration
  • Try Archery! (provided by AHEIA - Alberta Hunter Education and Instructors' Association)
  • Napi Friendship Centre display
  • 11:00 - 12:30 pm: Bear Talk and Bear Spray Training Walk (pre-register on-site)
  • 12:30 pm: Dessert served!
  • 12:30 - 3:00 pm: Drop-in activities!
