Details: Water services at water-tap stands and the dump station will no longer be available as water lines will be cleared due to cooling temperatures. Please plan ahead and bring enough water for the duration of your visit.
Beaver Creek Day Use Area is the perfect picnic spot for families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts. Located along the lakeshore and shaded by forest, this day use area offers excellent birdwatching, with osprey, geese, and swans often seen nearby, and access to shoreline fishing.
Visitors can enjoy a cook shelter, picnic tables, and fire pits, making it ideal for everything from casual gatherings to weekend celebrations. The open grassy areas and nearby trails provide ideal space for games, short hikes, and wildlife spotting. Remember to carry bear spray and know how to use it, as black and grizzly bears are known to frequent the area.
