Savour the flavours of the forest in this sensory-rich, adults-only foraging adventure in partnership with Pincher Creek's Lost Things Distillery!

With an Alberta Parks Interpreter as your guide, step into the forest of the Interpretive Trail and awaken your senses as you forage fresh botanicals straight from nature’s pantry. Along the way, learn how to identify edible plants, discover the art of gin-making, and get tips on foraging sustainably. Then, craft your very own gin infusion by steeping your hand-picked botanical tea bag into a premium vodka-based product from Lost Things Distillery.

Optional: Purchase your vodka online or in-store, with pickup before or after the program, as business hours allow. Sorry, no in-park delivery available at this time. 

Please note:

• This program is adults-only (18+) and involves hiking up slightly steep terrain for a short periods of time, but at a leisurely pace.

• This program covers foraging and gin-making but does not allow liquor consumption during the session. Alcohol is only permitted at registered campsites and designated picnic areas from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Waivers will be provided to be signed at the start of the program so please arrive 10 minutes prior to program start time.
• Please dress for the weather and insects.
• Pets must be on leash during this program.
• Programs may be canceled due to inclement weather, severe air quality, or wildlife closure.

Under the Provincial Parks Act, it is illegal to collect, remove, pick, injure, or destroy plants unless authorized by permission or disposition from a conservation officer, or through an approved Alberta Parks permit or program.
