Guided Hike

Get out of the classroom and team up with a local guide to curate an appropriate trail experience for your class.  The options for length and difficulty are endless - so put our guide to the test!  Don't hesitate to call for assistance developing a route plan if you'd like to go it alone, but with a guide, your trail discussion options could include:

  • scavenger hunts or species identification of plants, wildlife, landforms, or other topics
  • homes and habitats for a variety of species
  • landscape alteration through assessment and facility development including trails, campgrounds, and other initiatives like Firesmart communities
  • general recreation preparedness, mindfulness, discovery, and perseverance
