Effective Date: September 2, 2026 - Until Further Notice

Where: Cypress Hills Provincial Park , Information & Facilities

Details: Winterization of water services for campgrounds, standpipes, flush toilets, and showers will begin September 21, 2026.  Year-round water, flush toilets, and showers are available at the Lakeview Shower House, located at the entrance to Lakeview Campground. Water to campgrounds, standpipes, flush toilets, and showers is not guaranteed or charged between September 14, 2026, and June 1, 2027.

This trail begins at the southwest corner of Beaver Creek Campground. It winds through poplar and spruce forest past a beaver pond. It ends near the bottom of Old Baldy Campground. The first 0.6 km of this trail (from Beaver Creek Campground to the wooden bridge) is wheelchair and stroller accessible.The West half, however is a fun flowy singletrack that ends at the beginning of Horseshoe Canyon Trail.
