Dinosaur Campground is in Dinosaur Provincial Park, 48 km northeast of Brooks off Hwy. 876. There are over 120 RV and tent-friendly sites, including unserviced, powered and pull-through options. The campground is nestled in a valley by the Red Deer River and shaded by cotton-wood trees. Many sites back onto a creek. Explore the beautiful, unique landscape on foot, take a guided tour and look for dinosaur bones, or enjoy a show at the amphitheatre. Whatever you like to do, camping in the badlands is an unforgettable experience.
Summer rates are in effect from early May until early October.
Winter rates are in effect from early October until early May, with self-registration for camping. There are no firewood sales, no water, no showers and no flush toilets available in winter; outhouses are open. Power hook-ups are available year-round.
The sani-dump station is available for dumping year-round but there is no water for rinsing from early October until early May.
