This campground is in Island Lake Provincial Recreation Area, 14 km west of Coleman on Hwy. 3. It has about 40 sites which are suited to RVs. It is a convenient stopping point for travelers exploring the Crowsnest Pass area. This campground offers close access to lakes for canoeing, sailing, boating, fishing or windsurfing. Registered campers may also access nearby OHV trails from their campsites.

Campsites are first come-first served. Self-registration is in effect with camping fees paid by cash or personal cheque only.
FirewoodFirewood sales are available from mid May to Labour Day.
WaterYou are expected to bring your own water. Government of Alberta regulations require that water from pumps/taps like the one located here NOT be used for drinking, cooking or washing (including brushing teeth and washing dishes). Water from the pump/tap onsite can only be used for purposes like putting out a campfire.
