Day Use is permitted. Outhouse facilities are open where feasible - be prepared with your own hand sanitizer and toilet paper. Campgrounds open June 1 at 50% capacity. Second RV units will not be permitted on campsites. We are monitoring our actions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and will adjust as needed.

Fire Ban

  • The ban prohibits ALL open fires, including campfires and charcoal briquettes.
  • Portable propane fire pits and gas or propane stoves and barbeques designed for cooking or heating are allowed.

This prairie oasis is in Tillebrook Provincial Park, 6 km east of Brooks on Hwy. 1. There are RV and tent-friendly sites, with unserviced, powered and pull-through options. Trees and shrubs provide shade and shelter. See amazing prairie sunrises and sunsets and endless skies. Explore the grassland on a short interpretive trail, or take a day trip to Dinosaur Provincial Park.

Camping

Summer rates are in effect until the beginning of October.

For extended season camping (from after the September long weekend until close), Tillebrook is first come-first served (self-registration).  Find a site then put cash or cheque in an envelope in the self-registration vault.  

Winter rates are in effect from early October until the campground closes.  Water, showers, flush toilets and firewood sales are not available during this period.  Outhouses are available.
