Crimson Lake Provincial Park offers curriculum-based environmental education programs from Grades Kindergarten to 3 from May to June. Custom programs may be available upon request. Programs will be held at Crimson Lake Provincial Park.
How to Book
- Spring program bookings begin end of March for 2025 for dates May 21 to June 20 (days available are Wednesday – Friday).
- Programs are booked on a First-Come, First Served basis. To request a booking, please email [email protected]with the following information:
- Your school information (contact phone number and email, school name and address, number of students).
- Select the school program you are interested in.
- Preferred dates for field trip.
- Any special needs/requirements.
Class Size & Transportation
- 30 students is the maximum per program. This does not include teachers and volunteers. For elementary classes we ask 1 adult for every 5-6 students. For junior high and high school, we recommend 1 adult per 10 students.
- School and community groups are responsible for arranging transportation to and from Crimson Lake Provincial Park.
Fees, Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
- Price is $3 per child (GST included). Our prices are intended to be affordable for schools and groups. Please inquire if there are concerns.
- We request that programs are paid for in advance.
- Program cancellation must be received 1 week prior to program for a refund.
- If a program is cancelled due to inclement weather by the teacher, the fee will be refunded or if possible, the program rescheduled.
