Although a smaller park at only 278 hectares, Brown-Lowery Provincial Park offers wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains, viewed from 12 km’s of rustic trails. Brown–Lowery is a day use only park with vault toilets and an information kiosk found in the parking area off Plummers Road.

From its valley bottoms to its highest lookouts, Brown-Lowery offers visitors the opportunity to explore a variety of habitats. Here grasslands, mature forests and small creeks cover the rolling foothills landscape. The park is home to many species of wildlife including deer, moose, elk, black bears, lynx, cougar, squirrels, and birds. With a wide variety of plant communities and variable topography, Brown-Lowery is a great spot for birders, wildflower enthusiasts, and mushroom fans.
