A Kananaskis Conservation Pass is required to park your vehicle in Kananaskis and the Bow Valley
Located at the eastern edge of Kananaskis and accessed from Highway 541, the Highwood Provincial Recreation Area provides access to the Highwood River. The park includes a day use area, perfect for fishing and picnicking along the river. Groups can reserve the group camping area for overnight camping.
