Park Closed

  • Due to fire activity in the region, Waskahigan Provincial Recreation Area will remain closed until the fire activity diminishes.

This is a nice little riverside campground on the edge of a mixed boreal forest. It has a picnic shelter, firepits and pit/vault toilets, with firewood provided as part of the campground fees.  A nearby group camping area is available by reservation only by calling the Operator.

  • This is a self-registration campground.  Payment can be made by cash, cheque (payable to For-Site Environmental Services Ltd.) or e-transfer.
