Details: Please be advised that due to flooding, the Ross Lake hiking trail along the lake between Loop B and Loop D of the campground is closed. See map for exact location (highlighted yellow).

Details: Please be advised that with the ongoing weather events, trails may become impassable due to fallen trees and flooding. Please use caution when accessing hiking trails and be prepared to turn back or change your plans.

Where: Ross Lake Campground , Ross Lake Day Use , Ross Lake Area G Group Use , Ross Lake Area H Group Use , Whitney Lakes Provincial Park

Details: Please be advised from September 8 through October 31, tree clearing and maintenance work will be taking place in several areas of Whitney Lakes Provincial Park and Ross Lake Campground. During this time, crews will be using a variety of equipment including chainsaws, brush cutters, and woodchippers to complete small scale vegetation clearing around the Shower Building and Group Use Shelters. For your safety, please respect all construction signage, barriers, and fenced work areas throughout the park.  Visitors are advised to avoid active work zones, particularly when equipment is in operation. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete these important improvements to the Park.
