Details:Due to the recent heavy rainfall, the access road into Wally's Beach and Wally's campground is currently soft and muddy that may cause rutting.
Please proceed with caution driving into the campground and day use.
After enjoying a day at the sandy Wally’s Day Use Area, retreat to your private loop located just off the Lower Campground. This unserviced, secluded area is home to young cottonwoods that provide additional shade to the picnic shelter. Birds of the area tend to flock towards this camping section due to its quieter nature setting. Enjoy direct access to the river and find the camp playground just a short walk away.
