The Trail from Highway 11 to Twin Lakes Day Use Area is partially flooded and is not passable on foot. Please use caution or plan an alternative hike. View map for details.


North Woods

This shady trail weaves through mixed forest of white spruce and aspens. White-tailed deer and owls are often sighted near the trail.  The trailhead is located at Loop F in the Crimson Lake Campground.  The trail can also be accessed from Amerada, Wolf Track or Fallen Timber trails.
