Hiking/Trail Running Grassi Lakes is the park's most popular hiking trail. Its trailhead is located 1 km past the turnoff to the Day Lodge.
Disc Golf Our 18-hole disc golf course is known for its beautiful setting and challenging nature.
Orienteering Explore the park while developing navigation and map reading skills. Three courses are available year-round.
Roller Skiing & Roller Biathlon 6.5 km of paved trails are designed for sport-specific training. The biathlon range is linked to the roller ski trails. Lanes must be prebooked by a Range Safety Officer.
Winter Activities
Cross-Country Skiing More than 65 km of groomed machine-made and natural snow based trails grace the base of Mount Rundle.
Biathlon 30 firing lanes have Kurvinen electronic targets. Lanes must be prebooked by a Range Safety Officer.
Winter Disc Golf Holes 1-4 and 15-18 are open for winter disc golf (done on foot).
Ice Skating & Toboganning A gentle tobogganing slope and an ice skating rink are great for family fun.
