    This form is to be completed by all school groups requesting group access to, and use of, day use areas/facilities, pathways and public areas within Fish Creek Provincial Park. Please submit a separate form for each date.

    School groups attending programs offered and booked through Alberta Parks are not required to complete this form.

    You will receive a confirmation email once your form is submitted. Please review the key messages included with this email with all your participants and volunteers before your trip.

    The personal information collected through the Fish Creek Provincial Park self-guided school group registration on AlbertaParks.ca is to enable Forestry and Parks to administer and manage provincial parks and other protected areas, pursuant to the Provincial Parks Act and related regulations. This collection is authorized by section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act.
