Crane Group Use

Where: Amerada Trail , Boardwalk Trail , Crane Group Use , Crimson Lake Campground , Crimson Lake Group Use , Crimson Lake Day Use , Crimson Lake Provincial Park , Fallen Timber Trail , Grey Owl Group Use , North Woods Trail , Sandpit Trail , Sundew Group Use , Twin Lakes Group Use , Wolf Track Trail

Details: As of September 21st, 2026 Crimson Lake Provincial Park Campground will be transitioning to first come, first served for Winter Camping. All other loops and group sites will be closed for the fall and winter. Loop A sites will have 30 AMP power, but no water service in the off season. Showers and dump station are not available and firewood may be available with limited service, payable by cash or cheque only.  Loop A is currently fully open for first come, first served "winter" camping, but only 13 sites are regularly maintained, ploughed, and powered throughout the winter: A-1, A-3, A-18, A-19, A-20, A-21, A-23, A-25, A-31, A-32, and A-33. Day Use Areas are open all year. The Campground will open for Peak Season Camping on May 19th, 2027 - Peak season camping is by reservations only and bookings begin 90 days prior.

Details: As of September 21, 2026, Twin Lakes Campground will be closed for the winter season. The day use will continue to be open during the fall and winter.  We look forward to having you back camping in 2027.  The Campground will open for Peak Season Camping on May 19th, 2026 - Peak season camping is by reservations only and bookings begin 90 days prior.
