A Kananaskis Conservation Pass is required to park your vehicle in Kananaskis and the Bow Valley.

Interlakes Campground is in Peter Lougheed Provincial Park, 50 km south of Hwy. 1 on Hwy. 40 and south on Kananaskis Lakes Trail. This picturesque campground along the shore of Lower Kananaskis Lake  has around 45 well-treed campsites for RVs and tents. From here there is close access to the lakes for those hoping to canoe, fish or go boating. There are also many hiking, mountain biking and paved trails nearby.

Firewood available for purchase on site from the campground manager or at Boulton Creek campground store.

Water

Water is available from a hand pump at this site. Although Alberta Parks strives to maintain water quality, we recommend that you bring your own drinking water.
