Details: Winterization of water services for campgrounds, standpipes, flush toilets, and showers will begin September 21, 2026.  Year-round water, flush toilets, and showers are available at the Lakeview Shower House, located at the entrance to Lakeview Campground. Water to campgrounds, standpipes, flush toilets, and showers is not guaranteed or charged between September 14, 2026, and June 1, 2027.

Directions

Situated on a ridgeline overlooking Elkwater Lake, Aspen Ridge Huts offer a secluded comfort camping experience close to hiking trails and town site amenities. Each of the six huts sleeps eight and have separate sleeping and living/eating spaces. The huts are located in Aspen Ridge Campground, off Hwy 41 South and are available to book as a group camp (including 6 huts and the main lodge) during May and June. For more information, please contact the Cypress Hills Visitor Centre at 403-893-3833.
