A Kananaskis Conservation Pass is required to park your vehicle in Kananaskis and the Bow Valley.

Trail starts at North Interlakes Day Use area and traverses the north side of Upper Kananaskis Lake, providing access to the northern portion of the Upper Lake Circuit after 0.9 km. At 2.2 km the Upper Lake Connector provides a second access to the Upper Lake Circuit. Bikes are permitted as far as Invincible Creek, located approximately 3.8 km from the trailhead. Beyond Invincible Creek, the trail continues through forested terrain to Forks Backcountry Campground, before climbing a steep headwall and accessing Three Isle Lake Backcountry Campground.
