This trail starts at the roadway into Old Baldy Campground. It climbs along an abandoned road through open fields and mixed forests. From the top, there is a spectacular view of Horseshoe Canyon landslide and rolling rangeland to the north. This trail is excellent for hiking or mountain biking to the top of the hill to link up with Beaver Creek Trail.

Horseshoe Canyon Trail was packed and groomed on January 7th.  it is suitable for hiking and snowshoeing.

Caution is advised on all trails as natural hazards exist throughout.
