Officially named Cooking Lake-Blackfoot Grazing, Wildlife and Provincial Recreation Area, this park supports a variety of outdoor recreation activities, as well as grazing and Indigenous and seasonal hunting.

This trail connects Islet and Waskehegan Staging Areas. It is the longest hiking trail in Cooking Lake-Blackfoot, passing through numerous landscapes. There is a large rest shelter at the junction of Lost Lake and Meadow Trails.
