The Land Reference Manual includes a complete listing of all lands currently under the administration of Parks Division of Forestry, Parks & Tourism.  These lands are administered under the Provincial Parks Act, the Wilderness Areas, Ecological Reserves, Natural Areas and Heritage Rangelands Act and the Willmore Wilderness Park Act.

Links to legal land descriptions are provided for every site. Maps are also provided for visual reference. If there is a discrepancy between the legal land description and the map, the legal land description takes precedence as the map does not form part of the Order-in-Council designating a site.  For information regarding land descriptions, contact Wendy Proudfoot.

Alberta King's Printer has electronic copies of the Orders-in-Council (since June 1998) designating these lands.  The Order-in-Council (O.C.) number is noted in the "Map & Legal Description" column.
